Blu Suite Resort Beach & Spa is open from mid-March to mid-November, during all trade fairs. The Blu Spa, on the other hand, is open all year round.
Check-in is from 2.00pm, and check-out is before 10.00am. On the day of departure, after checking out, you can always stay at the hotel and enjoy the swimming pool, spa, entertainment and beach for an extra charge.
The cancellation terms vary throughout the year based on the rate and offer. Check them carefully when booking.
We accept all credit cards, and you can also pay for your stay by bank transfer if you check in within 72 hours of the bank transfer being charged.
Yes, we have a free private car park with video surveillance and a garage with 25 covered parking spaces, for a fee (by reservation). Resort guests can also take advantage of two charging stations for electric vehicles.
Of course: we are happy to welcome them if they are small (up to 10 kg), at a cost of €20.00 per day. We provide food bowls and a comfortable pet bed. The Blu Beach is pet-friendly.
All rooms and suites at the Blu Suite offer the same facilities, except for the Blu Light type, whose guests have access to the spa for a fee.
Lunch takes place from 12.30pm to 2.00pm and can be booked in hotel, dinner from 7.30pm to 9.30pm. At the Insolito Café, you can enjoy an excellent piadina at any time.
No, it is not possible to book a full-board stay. However, you can opt for either the bed and breakfast or the half-board formulas. For lunch, you can freely choose whether to enjoy the menu of the day that usually features dishes such as carpaccio fish, spaghetti with clams, Cesar Salad or fried fish at the Blu Restaurant, not to mention a homemade piadina and a poke at the Insolito Caffè.
Of course, we have dishes for people with intolerances of all kinds. Vegans and vegetarians will find fresh produce for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Please inform us of your diet at check-in; we will do what we can to meet your needs.
Yes, Alma Restaurant has a limited availability of seats, so advance booking is recommended.
Yes, our private beach is free of charge for guests, in every types of rooms.
Of course, our swimming pool is available free of charge for guests, until 7.00pm.
The Spa is open every day from 10.00am to 9.00pm with unlimited access for hotel guests, a 3-hour course by reservation for external guests.
Yes, but if you stay in a Blu Light room, access to the Blu Spa is subject to charges. Exclusive Club guests have unlimited free access to the Silent Spa. Access is permitted from the age of 16.
If you book massages or treatments before your arrival at the hotel, we will grant you a 10% discount on the prices in the brochure. You can also book them on-site, individually or with the Cuddle package (if you book 3 massages, you get a 4th 30-minute massage for free). Exclusive Club formula holders will get a Sunset Massage for couples, on the sea-view rooftop.
Of course, our entertainment is included for all room types. It involves the whole family, so you can have fun together with your children. We propose many outdoor activities, with unique experiences such as marine biology workshops, stargazing, tournaments, beach games, as well as numerous evening shows. Our animators take care of the children from June to September and for Easter and long weekends.
Yes, at Blu we also take care of the little ones. From 0 to 3 years old, you will have safe spaces with soft toys, cots for napping and certified nannies who look after children in small groups. For an exclusive service, you can book a baby sitter for a fee.
Children can have lunch and dinner with the nannies or with mum and dad in the Blu Restaurant. The nannies are only present at dinnertime. For the little ones, our chefs can prepare daily vegetable soups and purees, while for the older ones there is a kids' corner and a dedicated menu. In addition, during the summer period, we offer genuine and colourful snacks for all children every afternoon.
By joining the Exclusive Club scheme, you have access to a range of exclusive services, for which other guests are charged.

Membership of the Exclusive Club is only valid for the booked stay and no longer. For each subsequent booking, you can decide whether or not to purchase the Exclusive Club option.
Exclusive guests will have a welcome aperitif at the Pool Bar and the possibility of having dinner twice at the Alma Restaurant (if their rate includes dinners). They also enjoy a daily change of beach towel, a big sunbed in the VIP area of the beach, a reserved place in the garage and a 50' Blu Relax massage at the Spa. Finally, they can choose every day to have breakfast in the hotel in by the pool or directly on the beach with your feet in the sand.
Yes, of course: VIP services are available for all Blu Resort guests, for a fee if you have not chosen an Exclusive Club stay during the booking process.
If you book half board at €35 per person per day (from 10 years old), you will have the choice of 2 courses from our a la carte menu, and fruits and desserts buffet is offer. On themed evenings, there is an unlimited choice of courses from the buffet. Drinks are not included.
Children aged 3 to 9 are charged €20 per day with a special children's menu or 1 course of the a la carte menu. Children under the age of two are free.
